Atlantis Puerto Galera Resort - Philippines 5th Dec - 14th Dec
Experience the Philippines, a land of 7,107 beautiful islands, stunning beaches, pristine reefs and a diverse marine eco system, home to some of the finest dive sites in the world and where a beer costs around 35p and a massage £5.
Atlantis Puerto Galero is on the island of Mindoro about 70 miles from Manila (an easy two hour van journey followed by an hour's boat ride). This area is home to some amazing macro life including Pygmy Seahorses, Harlequin Ghost Pipe Fish, Frog Fish, Leaf Fish, Sea Horses and Flamboyant Cuttlefish, which are just a few of the creatures the guides will find for you. There is pretty much everything there from high voltage drift dives to an hour ambling along the reef. A full tech set up with Trimix and special project diving completes the picture. Atlantis is a resort comprising 38 en suite deluxe/suite rooms, all with air-conditioning, mini bar and cable TV, the resort boasts a restaurant and a fresh water swimming pool as well as the PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Centre. Situated on Sabang Beach and just a stone throw from lively restaurants and bars the resort is ideal for groups and individual travellers. There are 10 kilometres of unspoiled reefs right in front of the resort and more than 30 dive sites within 15 minutes' travel. For further details contact www.diveworldwide.com
